Suggestion(s): Add that army members can shoot from this:
Why would it be useful: Because much players love to take shamal while they are wanted orange/red and fly with it to provoke cops/army/swat. It could be very useful to Army members because if someone is flying like I said before, then they can very easy kill or at least blow up their plane.
Additional comments: Only allowed to shoot from this on highly wanted suspects and most wanted suspects. Some range how much rockets go:

Negative

- this weapon is an object and i'm not sure if it's even possible to script
- this would be way too OP in my opinion, we already have the /su command removed
- you can use hydra to take planes down
- we can't make everything too easy for Army, there has to be a challenge for both sides (Army and criminals)
