"strong" /rp

Suggestion: S.W.A.T. members will have special /rp that will add 4 wanted levels, white > orange.
Explanation & Reason: S.W.A.T. members are getting annoyed all the time by civilians with no reason, civilians who jump on the car and don't get off, guys who starting punching the car and this situations wasting our time, and since there is new rule against killing them in gas station, we can add new command instead that will help.
when a civilian is starting to punch S.W.A.T.'s car, (because he is trying to help his friend, we arrested him before or just because he wanna annoy us) we will ask him 3-4 times to get off the car, if he doesnt respond, we would make him wanted (orange) and arrest him for annoying us, and next time he won't do this.
- these situations happens a lot, it will prevent wasting our time trying to get civilian down by punching, ramming and other stupid ways, its not matue and its not for us to try to get someone off with punching, CresP already made a rule so we won't do stuff like killing civilians with gas station or C4 bomb, so this command could help us in this situations.
you can give S.W.A.T. this command because we're all mature players who know the rules well and of course we won't abuse this command.
