upgrades for the bomb - Not Approved (reason)

Suggestion : two Small suggestions releated to swat bomb ( swat bomb is replaced by satchel charges and /dsb command is added )
Explanation : satchel charges are the same as the swat bomb , the only difference will be that you can throw it instead of planting it .. here is a video i found on youtube that gives more details and information : https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=RsszHMAnzFc ( maybe the name remains as swat bomb .. only few upgrades will be done )
Reason : planting the bomb takes time and speed is the main condition in any chase , even if it is done quickly , it removes the armor and almost all health ... satchel charges can be thrown giving extra distance , less time taken , same damage and they stick to the vehicle/player as well
- Explanation and reason (2) : /dsb command ( delete swat bomb ) .. this command isn't really needed but if the bomb was placed by mistake , this command will be used to remove it ( will be more important indeed if the satchel charges suggestion was added ) .. of course after using this command ... the member must go back to the base to get another .. thank you for reading .
