Suggestion headline: Not losing the insurance money when leaving the game

Why should it be accepted: Sometimes we get timeout or have to leave the game immediately, and when a large amount of money is accumulated in as insurance policy in several hours, it's bad to lose all that money. That would be cool if it doesn't go to waste and we can be able to take it while we come to the server next time.

to a degree, losing that money stops inflation - if you didn't collect it and that money built up over time, combined with what was robbed I'd assume everything would go up in price.

In that case, it can be like you can collect the insurance money within 6 hours or something, not to be the victim at unexpected timeouts.

I might be starting a flame war here, but shouldn't donations give access to complementary and non-important content? You might say this is one of those features, but it's sad for players having to spend quite a bit of real money in order to save their money in the bank. I mean, that's why you pay a fee for getting the insurance in the first place.
You could just increase the amount to pay to have an insurance, or make it a daily fee.

Well if you're too lazy to get your insurance money from the bank, either deal with it or get a bank safe.
