Suggestion headline: Prevent police from camping inside/outside banks

Why should it be accepted: The LS Bank is supposed to get robbed. Of course, the police is supposed to stop the criminals from robbing it, but I think camping banks is going a little too far. Camping outside/inside banks is taking all the fun away from robbing a bank: why bother robbing it if there's going to be 5 cops blocking the vault door on your way up?
Please let criminals have some fun. Stop camping.

This is a roleplay server, in real life what's preventing cops from blocking your escape?..
