Reason :He Dragged me when i'm far away from him also we can't see him in the map he was in the Pershing square and when he dragged me payn killed him look also at the kill list he didn't learn that warn

Now the moment ''Payn'' killed me, ''Payn'' got arrested by [Lsrcr]Starboi, which is the Army member. All the action & drama occurred at Idlewood & not Pershing Square. So what if it was on Pershing Square, so explain us how [Lsrcr]Starboi ( Army member ) arrested ''Payn'' that was located at Idlewood. Is he using teleport hacks? You're a fucking clown! Won't you be mad if some dick is trying to ruin your experience & want to see this person fail so bad in the faction that he's representing? You're report hunting. Period. By the way, do you really think that your screens are legit & valid? There's not even a screen that's showing that I was located at Pershing Square. This is only word against word with no actual valid proof. Get your shit right kid.

Alright, here's my interpretation of the report. It seems like a few things could have happened, but judging by the chat log it really seems like Ballin didn't do anything wrong. There could be a simple solution to this:

Ballin could have dragged you, and died, and as you can see he also tried to alert players in the chat about it. He was simply trying to prevent you from staying there for too long, and by that he did the right thing.

Although he could have broken the rule, it's not possible to judge that from this evidence, which is why I'm closing the report due to lack of evidence. There's no real evidence that shows that he broke any rule here.

As for you Ballin, please change your attitude. This is no way for you to represent SWAT, so please be more considerate. Insulting him gets you nowhere, but believe me, this attitude will only attract trouble for you and nothing else.
