Reason : Since we receive money after handling a suspect (3500$ or 5000$) .. it would be better if paychecks are automatically sent to bank (money received after handling a suspect are enough for all the needed stuff like wallets , corks , chainsaws .. etc) .. also to avoid robbery

Suggestion , Explanation and Reason (2) : an update in The Rules for Rule 14 ( /drb bug isn't available anymore since the bomb can be picked up using F key )

1. - Server's admin is trying to make server more roleplayish and I believe it will be not added. Plus I know what would they say:
There is wallet's which can save you from robbing while you going to bank for deposition.
