Drag while the vehicle is heavily damaged

Your In-Game Name: Ballin
Question: While being shot multiple times by cops & criminals when we're dragging a suspect, our vehicle takes large amount of damages and it prevents us to deliver the suspect at the PD checkpoint. Now my question is, why can't we /eject the suspect & re-drag him with a new and stable vehicle? It's not abusing, just finding a solution to a problem that causes us to not do our job correctly.. Appreciated!

The problem is that it would allow SWAT members to really take advantage of this, and while we don't like it, it's a fact that some players are just too focused on score, and it causes issue.

If your vehicle is on fire or about to take fire (around 250-270HP), then feel free to do so if you know it is crucial for you to deliver the suspect.
