Why should it be accepted: Auto /reconnect when players are bugged, for example if a law enforcement players successfully shoot a criminal but criminal's not losing any health, or rob/rape victim cannot inflikt damage on the robber / rapist; in order to prevent bug abuses.

Well , bug abuses are reportable ... you can simply ask the player to reconnect .. else , you can report him to any online staff member ... I don't think thks could be detected by the server as it occurs due to lag

So, if I'm bugged and currectly robbing bank and got bag, just 2 or 3 steps claude and then first cop shoot on me and I then automaticly /reconnect ?
Also when you would reconnect as crime you don't leave game in few more second after you write reconnect and then cops could do taze and you would back and found your self in jail.
