Why should it be accepted: Not really important , but I believe it would be great if there's an interior for each hospital that makes you get the features including health/injections/cure from inside the interior.

Why not? It would be realistic and fun with an interior that can provide maybe some other more little services.

Pretty much agreeing with Faraon, but an interior should be alright, a mapped interior with some nice objects and scripting inside the Hospital. I've seen on the other server, they make it good.
