Why should it be accepted: Because No Many Players Doing the mission so the Atm is so dead , doesnt have any money so its useless , just to see the amount of money you got in bank , cant withdraw through it you know ? Atm are made for withdrawing some money , so If we made an auto-refill it would be a great idea so it wont be empty anymore , but if you will keep the mission , you don't have to fill all of it , like filling it once every hour if its empty with some amount of money so this will keep the mission even with the atm's not empty and thanks.

Instead of completely fulled ATM's, it could be partly refilled.
For example, let's say an ATM capacity is 1.000.000$, then there could be a default 100.000$ everytime, and players could do the mission to refill the remaining 900.000$ emptiness if they want.
