Suggestion(s): Make it's not allowed to give negative on someone's application cuz of only bad test.
Why would it be useful: Because I think its not very fair. A lot of applicants get panicky on test and do the test bad.
Additional comments: For example if applicant's test was bad then somebody just gives him negative and says "bad test" and thats only reason for negative.
It would be useful to add it because if you really want to give Negative vote to someone, you can say "Bad test", but you must give at least one more reason for Negative vote.

I dont agree with you. If he got bad test then what should we vote? Army's member vote decent on test if he not ready to get then dont ask for it. Make sure you're ready for the test. That all regards STAFF SERGEANT

I said they that members can still vote "Bad test" but it would be better to members add at least one two more reasons vote Negative vote. Thats all what I want.

We cannot avoid test result of an applicant. It is very important in valuing him.

What if he is really unskilled? What if he gets a bad test and does a bad performance against criminals
