Reason: [Hello All i want Join the SWAT Team because it's a very good team. I love to arrest criminals but also like to drag and its really interesting in playing as swat. i have good skills it's not bad it can help out to clear my objective i want to help SWAT.Police said the man barricaded himself inside with a rifle Street.
IMPD said that the man was already inside of when they arrived, and attempts at getting him to exit have been unsuccessful.
Witnesses tell police the man had been pointing a rifle out of a window.
