Besides all that, the suspect escaped & was running, then somehow he got cuffed by a law enforcer. So when you said, ''Nice Steal'', I decided to say ''Army'' leave him, to the my colleagues, so we can avoid any conflict, you crying about getting stolen & etc. There is one cop who arrested the suspect & you're putting the blame on us. That's not nice. I kindly suggest you to post the full video so we can take a look about the situation & what exactly happened, since there is a lack of proof.
