Why should it be accepted: SWATs handcuffs should auto uncuff after 30 secs like cops handcuffs because all too often some swattie nab handcuffs you and leaves you there.

Skull as you might know SWAT is a faction. If we added auto uncuff then what will be the difference between cop's and SWAT.
As per rules all SWAT members immediately removes the cuff's, if they don't just try to remind them to uncuff you.

If a S.W.A.T. members leaves you cuffed with no reason, he will be kicked from the team. So, NO it's not 10/10 important. If you're experiencing this issue, take screenshots & send it via forum Pm to a Commander (Cresp) or simply report it on the S.W.A.T. report section.

I will explain why swat cuffs are permanent.

SWAT will drag suspects after he is cuffed. So our job is to take the suspect to the nearest police department and hand over him with exchange of some money (ofc score too). The entire process of cuffing, dragging and jailing him cannot be done within 30 seconds, unless the suspect is caught millimeters away from the red marker. Think on it yourself. I hope you could understand. Your suggestion will give a un-fair advantage over suspects who are dragged by the SWAT members.

When a player is cuffed by a swat member .. that green message is displayed saying leaving innocents cuffed will cause you to be kicked .. if you have a proof of a swat member cuff abusing, report him on the swat reports section but I'm sure you don't have any proofs but a swat member searching you because you do nothing but bother me in skin and ruin my day .. and now you're trying to ruin the faction .. both terror and ballin conclude everything you need to know and understand
