Suggestion headline: Add /fps command

Importance of suggestion: 8/10
Why should it be accepted: It would be nice if we can see our frame rate by the command /fps. It will be really helpful to know if we have fps lag, and also it help to know our fps without the help of any other program. If we run a program to it will make laag, so if we can know fps in server without any programs , it will be nice.
