Well there's something called GRAPHIC CARD. I hope you have it because you can have a 9 million cores CPU and 850.000 TB Ram but if you don't have a graphic card yer risking the unit.
My video card is la Nvidia GeForce 820m

Yeah I've seen it on yer first post, well I don't know how good will that work with GTA V but you can try it anyway.
It will struggle, hugely I think.

Am I right in saying that the 820M is infact an integrated GPU? - Judging by these scores in the benchmark you're not even close. A 660 is the recommended (it's not on that list) but It scores 4,118, that's like 8 times better than your GPU (just to meet the recommended specification GPU wise) - GTAV also uses a fair amount of VRAM I believe, which you're clearly going to struggle for.

That's the score of the minimum requirement GPU, it's not far off yours but... I wouldn't recommend it as you're just going to have an uncomfortable playing experience.

Try out the game using cracked versions... If you feel comfortable enough, then buy it...

If you want GTA to run on the nice graphic perfomances, you'll need a 2GB(2048 MB) of GPU.
