where to Extract file when download

Hello Guyzz i have downloaded one crosshair i dont know where to extract the file
1) If it is a zipped file, extract that using winrar.
2) You need TXD Workshop for installing this. If you dont have that , download here, https://www.mediafire.com/?5h99fqi0svasge9
3) Open TXD workshop and click on 'Open TXD' button and select 'hud.txd' (whish is located in gta sa ->models)
4) Click on 'SiteM16' in that and click on 'import' button.
5) Select you downloaded corsshair and click on 'save TXD'.
6) Done. Now you can see your new crosshair.
