I've seen some guys quoting other person's reason and asking him for an explanation or something so I just wanna say that don't do it. If an applicant isn't allowed to argue on his application then you also aren't allowed to do so. Just /pm the guy if you want him to explain any point he mentioned in his vote or just tell him that it isn't a valid reason to vote but don't spam the application. We tell the applicants to not reply on their applications but what's the difference if swat members are also doing the same thing?

And for those who put invalid reasons to vote i.e. Not asking for team, bad attitude(w/o proof) etc. if you aren't sure or you've any doubt if the reason you wrote is valid or not then please take a quick look at the rules again before voting.
