Consider this,
I got robbed by a Invulnerable, I go to LSPD for reporting him, They charge me instead. Well seems cool to me.

Well, the wanted level can just trigger when you trespass beyond the police parking gate.

+1 you will get wanted on the safezone when shooting the cops more roleplayish just on my opinion

The safezone is already being abused. This isn't the right time to add a new abusive toy to the law enforcers already.

I think everyone should walk throughout the PD as it's not much of a police zone except the police safe house to avoid getting shot.
