Hey,

I'd like to remark some word from our Ex-Commander Kaosx:

Kaosx234 wrote:
Giving a negative under the reason "not asking for team" should not be valid, in any case, SWAT members should be asking applicants/cops to team.

I actually apologize since i barely remember the sentence that he used but it is important since it is true, if you're looking to invite your friends to the team or represent the SWAT team in a moral way, ask players to team, do not await them for asking you.

Asking for team will give you the chance to interact with the applicants & it will highly increase your methods to give a vote, please consider that not everyone has the time to be team/stay in-game for much time - If you follow this, you will be helping us in many ways.

Another thing, if you don't know the applicant nor his attitude, Do not use it as a reason to vote neutral or negative, instead, use his test results & avoid everything related to his personality, otherwise, simply, just don't vote - It is pointless & has no sense to vote if you don't even know the applicant, you'll lack on reasons to do so.

Thanks!

- This topic was made by Dani6 before , guys please let your reasons be vaild ones when voting on applications .. bear in mind that the applicant can improve and every player deserves a chance

I'm astonished. Even with Cresp's warm-hearted way of accepting/denying applicants, you still try to give the applicants more privileges and more chances to make them enter the SWAT team.

You guys, are not active, yet don't understand how bad many of the SWAT members are suffering.
Realizing this is hard for many people I don't understand why. Many of the SWAT officers today, especially Privates are pain in the ass. Breaking rules, ruining everything you do and act childish more than a four-year old.

When a group of retar- childish SWAT officers cry because you delivered a suspect right straight away to the red checkpoint because you're pressed of the environment and must deliver the suspect at once, because if you don't the suspect will either escape or someone will jack your bike/car. And those SWAT officers cry because they didn't get the 1/2 score they were waiting for. Saying that they need score. And need it for what? To have a larger penis? Larger penises are weaker than shorter ones, just for instance.

We have a rule of delivering the suspect right away after drag, avoiding all unnecessary delays. But still, their brains cannot fully comprehend this fact.

Finally, I demand that the applicants must be seriously dealt with and must be completely known to avoid the great void that's happening in the SWAT team right now. Many old members speak to me of leaving, because of the horrible state of the new Privates. I personally won't leave, the Privates are pain in the ass but they're seriously lesser than they're worth.

I'm speaking in general , why would an applicant get denied for having unknown attitude and low shooting skills .. doesn't make sense .. Most of the swat pvts showed great effort to join swat and now you're complaining , give it a try and get to know them .. I'm thankful that they joined swat, their attitude is nice, skilled and somehow they increased the activity of the faction .. when you applied I didn't know you, though I gave you a positive cause you deserved it , applies for others also

Oho really, and how did you know those great things about those Privates with your current activity:
[Lsrcr]Osama - Inactive - 30/5/2015
You're playing in circles talking nonsense without any reasoning. It doesn't make sense how you judge their SKILLS, their ATTITUDE and their ACTIVITY even you're inactive. Please next time if you want your judgement to be respected don't show that you don't know what you're talking about.

I play everyday in the SWAT skin only and I know how those Privates are. I never saw you since I joined the SWAT team. Yet those Privates joined after me, and you keep talking as if you know them.

To be frank, it's a complete disaster letting those newbies join the team. Shame in other word..I've seen them & trust me, you do not want to experience that shit.

The main reason of the topic is/was reducing invalid votes & increase activity in forums from our SWAT members; If you've seen someone breaking the rules, gather proof & report him.

As for "increasing the chances of joining", i doubt so, vote negative if you have reasons, vote positive if you have reasons, don't vote if you don't want or if you don't have any reason, usually the new members are accepted due to their test results which is usually good, i know that it is extremely hard to communicate with recently joined members since their playtime/knowledge of the server is low or you barely can understand their English, even if they're silent, but why don't you try to give them a hand & show how the real SWAT works?

Just find a peaceful way to solve the things, work hard to make the SWAT team a better team day by day!

Note: Please do not take my commentary offensive, i somehow rushed while writing it but my intentions are good! :)

well, I didn't get two promotions and smotm title for being inactive .. Just 16 days from being inactive and ill be back in four days .. just give them a chance and btw you have more swat experience ..maybe more than several members including me .. bad skills = they will improve, a matter of time ... bad attitude = report ... about activity , we were +6 members online per day .. fix this and act as a team , complaining won't solve anything ..

The SWAT team isn't a faction for training, it's a faction for professional enforcers that offer their experience and skills and they are SUPPOSED to be hand-picked. The SWAT team doesn't train, I repeat. You improve while being SWAT, that's not training. When you are a WO and TEST (NOT TRAIN) applicants you improve. Improvement is something other than training. Training means you lack a certain degree of experience and knowledge therefore you need to be trained in order to reach that certain degree.

So if you're not good enough, you won't fit. If you have the required and requested abilities and knowledge, you're in and you'll have a warm-hearted welcome. If you try to fit in some place that you don't fit in, people will get annoyed of you and will be literally "pissed-off" of your acts. That's what's happening nowadays.

Complaining without actions is unsolvable to things. But if complaining is followed with actions, then yeah, it can solve issues that piss off many members. I know members that cannot be counted with our ten fingers that are pissed off. They refrain from joining the SWAT skin because of the Privates. I sometimes find difficulty being in the SWAT skin because of the teaming rule. This rule is acceptable as long as teaming is comfortable, if it's not then it's like keeping two male lions in the same territory. They will fight and argue.

Big +1.
Team with 40 skilled and proffesional players is better than team with 60 average players.

Amm , I think the staff are trying to solve this but it requires several updates, kinda major ones .. be patient, till a decision is taken .. as I said before fix this as a a team .. just interact with them and maybe you'll change your mind ... unless you mean to kick them .. if yes , I can't really help and I don't support as well .. now let's stick to the topic!
