Suggestion headline: Add/remove this or that: Add NPC Mechanic to tow cars

Importance of suggestion: 6/10 (Shows how much it would mean to server/players)
Why should it be accepted: Each player should have their own NPC mechanic to tow cars for them, every hour depending on how much you towed a vehicle from him, money gets withdrawed. Command could be like /mechtow (Vehicle)

Why not go to a car dealership? I mean, this suggestion is just like a car dealership command. -1

I mean like, you can also tow your vehicle there. But im tired of not having money to tow it when bank is closed.

You can find many ATM's on LS. Use /atmloc command to get the location of all arm ATMs.
