Suggestion headline : hit contract on cuff abusers.

We need that because sometimes it really annoys people.
Especially for the ones that cuffs and go away just to get adventage or to annoy.
Same thing as getting robbed or raped.

You mean to add it to rules? If he cuffs you and leave you, by logic, you are allowed to hit him.
