Well, What happened was you killed me for hit contract at lspd..Than i hit you and you left the game while carrying a hit. Than you came back and I instead of being a horribly immature and taking the silly report to report section, i re-hit. Thats what i told you in the photo. 'U evaded'.

And i told you before, i don't have a proof. There are two options when someone evades your hit. That is either you re-hit that player or you take a proof and report. I choose the first method. Now lets just wait for admins decision.
