Suggestion: Bring back the 1st Sergeant award
Explanation: Each month, simultaneously with the SMOTM poll, there would be a 1SG poll. The members of the WO Team and Staff staff (basically all WO1+ ranks) should be able to vote. The poll would be of course secret, posted in the WO forum. The 1SG award winner is chosen by his professionalism, creativity, skills, performance and should be a role model for the whole team. The person with the most votes wins the 1SG poll and gets the 1SG rank for 1 month, until a new 1SG is chosen. Once the month passes the member returns to a rank higher than his previous, unless he gets reelected (the 1SG award also comes with an extra promotion, just like SMOTM). In case of a tie in the 1SG poll, the HWO breaks the tie. More info about this award can be found in the database I believe.
Reason: The 1SG rank has been sitting for a while, I think we should put it to good use once again. The 1SG award is surely fun and a great reward/motivation for the members.

But there is a point i didnt get it... What do you mean by ( Once the month passes he returns to a high rank ? ) Also another question..
Any member can get this Award ? i mean from PVT or PFC+ something like that ?

Let's say you are SPC. You get a regular promotion and the 1SG award. This means your real rank will be SGT (regular promo + extra promo). But, you won't be SGT right away. You'll have the 1SG rank for 1 month, and then when a new 1SG gets chosen you return to your real rank (SGT).

Any regular member may win this award. This means all ranks from PVT to MSG.
