Suggestion headline: Add an Army Base

Why should it be accepted: Those criminals avoid being in Los Santos because there is many police officers, army soldiers and swat members there, and they go to San Fierro. I think it's time to make an Army Base in San Fierro, and I've found a great place for it! I'm pretty sure someone has already had an idea of this, but this time I am here to help Army, and get them a new base.

We don't need a SF base.

Normally it is always a most wanted in SF, so a hydra from LS or LV (which is very close) would do the job. In addition SF is a rural area so I don't think it would be needed.

Just take the hydra, it works.
