Suggestion and Explanation: Add a new Rule Donot Drag in Boats/Ships
Reason : Just because there is no checkpoints in water and dragging in boats/ships maybe called like abuse or just dragging for score, to avoid it add this rule.

We are already prohibited from dragging on one-seated vehicles, and boats are considered.

Not all boats have 1 seat there is some another boats have 2 seats therefor i suggest this.

Those "2" seats are not even accessible. Try and press "G" a few times, you won't find your character going to sit on the seats. Which means they are not accessible a.k.a one-seated.

Never tried dragging in boat but -1. What if you were getting close to land so that you can drag into a car? That is not score spam, that is how you transfer suspects from water to land.

All boats have 1 seat. This is already included in rules.

You seem to be confused, there is no 2nd seat in boat (in which you can sit - G)

umm didnt know that..

As much as i know the boat havent got passenger seat in which we can drag.... These are 1 seated vehicles and its already in rules that we cant drag in 1 seated vehicles....
