Suggestion headline: Admins should be able to be active at all timezones

Why should it be accepted: Where to start? Haxors know that at certain times there is no staff on, or that there are only moderators who cannot ban them. Admins should be on at ALL TIMES, if not mostly, to keep the experience fun and great for everyone. I don't like when a guy tp's from behind me and robs my money, and then uses rapid fire to kill me. I really don't like when an aimbotter hits me with a sniper rifle from somewhere I can't see him/he can't see me. I really don't like it when there are people with "troll hacks" that just flip vehicles into the ground and cannot be restored from that state. Admins need to be on 24/7 to punish hackers and players who use unfair advantages, because in the end, the player that is playing fairly ends up paying for some nab (really didn't want to use this word, but this is what haxors are) who decided to hack and ruin everyone else's experience.

but ur forgetting that adm1ns have a to life they cant be on all the time so your post is a neutral

The admins are quite active at the moment. Should the need for more admins arises, the senior admins will recruit more.
All also don't forget that admins have a life as well. They cannot be ingame 24/7 at the expense of their real life duties.

I think that most admins we currently have, come from Europe between GMT + 1 || GMT +4 (most common).
Sometimes at around 20:00 (my time GMT+1) there's alot of admins online which is a great thing, however during the night pretty often there's no staff online and hackers invade like crazy sometimes.
Ofcourse I do not excpect admins to be online 24/7 just like someone said here above, they do have a life

You guys have no idea how tragic it was back in 2010-2011-2012-2013 when max 1 admin logged IG for a couple of days. Currently the activity is very high IMO and there isn't much need of more admins. Summing up we have 41 staff, I find it ridiculous having more.

We already tried and are still trying to cover as many timezones as possible, but it's not as easy as it might sound. There are many things we need to consider, we cannot just make a player admin just because he's in a certain timezone. Moreover some players do apparantly think that being an admin on an online server is a paid fulltime job where we need to be all the time. We, the staff, do have a real life with friends, duties, appointments etc. We cannot be online all the time.
Thank you for your suggestion, but as said, it's not that easy to do.
