Carl doesn't seem to know where to find them so I thought someone would help me out. I want the mods that are in this vid (crosshair, weapons);

Weapons mod : I couldn't find the same mod exactly. But this one seems like the one in the video.
Cross-Hair mod : You'll find the cross-hair which you want in this topic.

Just tell me if you cannot install any of them
