Why should it be accepted: for fast chatting if there is a problem or something in the server and many other stuff players may want.

forum chat is a good idea especially for those that cant access the server an need help really fast without waiting for replies on forum topics

We used to haven't in about 2013. It was removed due to spam and nonsense posted in it. Won't be readded any time soon.
