Suggestion headline: Add few ATM around SF and LV

Why should it be accepted: Sometimes when you are in LV or SF and run out of money you need to go to bank, but if is bank closed you need back to LS to withdraw money from ATM. 2 or 3 ATM would be good to added in each city, maybe near carshop or hospital.
