In-activity warnings

Name: [Lsrcr]Faraon
Suggestion(s): Change from 3 inactivity warnings allowed to 1
Why would it be useful: If you don't respond to inactivity check you get 1 warning, so you can be inactive 90 days and do nothing and you won't be kicked, it's stupid. There is topic to post if you are going inactive or leaving team, and if you post there that you going inactive you don't need to reply to inactivity check, this topic it's little useless right now actually. I understand that sometimes you forgot to reply on inactivity, but how could you forgot 2 times? It means you are inactive, and if you don't post on inactity or leaving topic that you are going inactive then you deserve to be kicked, because you are just inactive.
Those who got on this inactivty check second warning should be kicked, and those who get first, is their first, if they don't reply on next inactivity check they would be kicked. Once you get inactivity warning, you need to reply on next 2 inactivity checks to lose your inactivity warning. I think that this would make team more active, or atleast you won't have team full of inactive people.
Additional comments: More then half team is inactive..

It's not even hard for members to notify us about their inactivity. It just takes 2 minutes to go in the section and post it, and if someone doesn't do that for months, it would be disrespectful and unacceptable.

So I do not agree with your suggestion.

I think you didn't get my suggestion, this what you said is also what I'm saying.

Kicking the inactive people won't make the team more active, lol...

It's like:

People come and go, you can't force anyone to stay. I left some communities 2 years ago, yet I still visit their website from time to time and talk to my old friends. That's what I want army to be, a place where you can come and go to say hi and play with your friends, with the rank you deserved for months of efforts. This isn't a strict Call of Duty clan, it's server's property and I'll do my best to allow as many people as possible to play, without limiting them to stay active.

If man can't find in 90 days 2 min to post going inactive then srs...
I would rather like to see 50 active people then 110 people and 50% of them never playing...
Lets see what will others vote

I'm Neutral on this.

I do agree with your suggestion that more than half of the team is in-active, but I think that John have some good thoughts about Army, as he stated, Army should be a place where people come, say hi and leave, we can't force anyone to play or to leave... But we should NOT forget that this is a faction, not the whole community/server, its just a faction where active players are required. I'm not saying that every single one of the Army member should play everyday in Army skin, just that some players are inactive from a long long time, there spot can be filled by other active members, so we should kick some, rather than just giving them warnings or demoting them.... A suspension would be fine.

Those who are inactive for more than a month must have a serious life problem or at least, We consider it that way.
Just similar to this rule of Lsrcr:
You are allowed to go AFK whenever you want, we cannot force people to leave the server.
We cannot force members to be active in skin while they have valid reasons for their inactivity.
Nevertheless, 3 warnings should be fair to kick a member for a long inactivity.

This suggestion does not help the team.

I see no one got my point, what I'm saying is that you can post inactivity check that you going inactive on 3 monts and you don't need to reply on next 3 inactivity checks, and now even if you don't post on inactivty check 3 times and you still don't post going inactive you won't be kicked, if you going inactive would be fairly that you inform us about that...
So I think it will be better to kick those who get second inactivity warning (so, having 1 is allowed) and you can get only inactivity warning if you don't reply on inactivity check which is once a month, so if you don't find one minute to post going inactive in 59 days would get you kicked, I think its fair and much better.

aight makes sense
I'm with faraon.
You want to be inactive? Suuuure, post your inactivity and it's all good.
Staying inactive without giving any consideration to Army for a long while? Nope, bye.
