Why should it be accepted: Make more real life in army/swat ,only they can use this rope ,they can use rope to fall down from helicopter ,and there is a script .I dont know is it working or not,if not working then, I got another one.

+1 it should be created for swat, I don't see any excuse for it to be forbidden since it is scriptable and there's always a way to avoid bugs!

I'm not confirmed but due to internal server bugs it was denied. Now I don't know if they add it.
