S.A. Army Inquiry: multiple questions

Question(s):
- can you use a screen of you ramming a suspect to death used as metalic giant ribbon (kill list says you ran him/her over)?
- one ribbon is for heliblades and the other is for hunter in general. can i use heliblade screens for the general hunter kills?
- where can i find the blacklist (just interest)
- best way to get 'unwanted people' off your tank. event if they refuse (fastes way?)
- when do you get your paycheck? (every X minutes?)
