Table got unbanned recently and has one last chance to play fairly here without causing any minor problem for the community. You clearly knew this but yet, Started to accuse him. Do you even have a single proof to show here?
All I can understand is you provoking him just so you could catch him insulting you or whatever and then, Report.
Well, Sorry to disappoint you but you are the ones who will be punished here. Read below:

Laki4006, You were warned/banned couple of times in this month for insulting players and seems that you still didn't learn your lesson here. Also, You provoked this newly unbanned user and tried to report hunt him. You've been banned for 2 weeks.

Stormocide, You lost your tag for showing disrespectful behavior and insulting players now here we go again, Same thing started with a newly unbanned user who you accused while providing no proof. This isn't your first time and there is no more chances left.
You've been banned for 1 week.

[Lsrcr]Boone, You should mind your own business and stop with disrespecting players. If somebody broke a rule, You have no rights to insult/accuse him, All you need to do is gathering some proof and simply report him. Recently, we've received some complaints from players regarding your bad conduct. Considering this case besides other complaints, I'm afraid an official warning will be added to your account.

Table, I believe you were provoked in this whole scenario and accused unfairly but yet you should not forget this:

10 - If you happen to get unbanned, any further rule break (includes spamming/minor insults) will lead to a permanent ban

There were couple of admins online at that time therefor you should've reported them to staff instead of dealing with the case yourself.
