You just left biggest jail in san andreas and then next to jail is ammunation where you can again get weapons? Not logical, -1

You regen hp by 'smoking drugs', you can jump and run away after being tazed AND you can jump from a high-speed moving vehicle with no injuries but yes, that's the illogical thing.

OT : Just re-open the Ammunation that was placed there.

Good idea maybe disable robbing or it would be to easy to farm money/score
