Suggestion(s): Add that you can get promotion if you reach 20 ribbons or The Exceptionally Skilled Ribbon
Why would it be useful: It's very hard to get over 20 robbins and The Exceptionally Skilled Ribbon, it would be cool to have it and ribbons will be more usefull. Also Sergeant rank + members would play more for ribbons then. It would be like paycheck for hard work.
Additional comments: If you going to make it, make it for all ranks. The Exceptionally Skilled Ribbon is 1 promotion, 20+ ribbons is 1 promotion. Overall 2 promotions, not 1.

The member would be above Sergeant, because it'd take some months to collect 20 ribbons. -1

It's good, but I didn't anywhere said to remove anything, just to add 2 more ways how to get promotions for all ranks, and this is totaly fair. For ribbon it takes you 1 year minimum to gain it, you need to complate 4 other ribbons to complate this one, it's very hard and it should be appreciatel on some way, and this is good way to do. For 20 ribbons it's also hard, it take you 2-3 months to do 15 ribbons and 2-3 more months to do other 5. It's all total fair, and maybe collecting ribbons would be more popular and usefull then.

You just want to get promoted, that's why you suggested it.

You can already get promoted when you get 3 ribbons. Useles and as shayan said.
