Why should it be accepted: When we are in LV or SF playing there, sometimes we don't have money and the bank is closed so there is no other way to withdraw money. If you are a criminal then you can rob a shop and you can get money for your car/bike, drugs, wallet etc. But if you are a cop, you have to wait for you paycheck. So, it will be quite useful if ATM machines will be available in LV and SF. If you can't place more ATM Machines then at least place one and near the Car-shops of both the cities.
