Spoiler: show
Nothing :/
Importance of suggestion: 8/10
Why should it be accepted: It has just happend to me right now :D
I got a wanted level and then an officer tazed me and at this moment Samp crashed and after I reconnected I got jailed for leaving to avoid jail. I think it should work only if the player left for "Leaving" not for "Timout" it is not hard.

As Nilikos said, people will force their timeouts, so -1.

@Nilikos
After your internet goes down you are afk 5 seconds and then disconnect, so it's actually good suggestion, but kinda useless, neutral.

When you force your timeout you are afk for 30 seconds.
Admins wont find any prove wether someone forced it or not.

People can still bypass jail by either hitting escape then pressing "start new game" and deliberately crashing the game as a result or by deliberately disconnecting by turning their internet off.

you can pull your internet cable out of your computer, i got a switch on the side to disable my internet to force it, starting new game is also an option. it will just change the way people evade it, not if they evade
