Hello. I am quite shocked to of came across this Army application : viewtopic.php?f=27&t=62322

This Army application had clearly been rushed with absolutely no thought or care - the user could not even post the application in the correct place.

Can some one please explain why i am banned from applying for one week but this ridiculous farce of an application is given 24hours/Another chance. This is application is an insult yet its given a 24 hour period ?

I read the rules through and through but just happen to forget to post the secret code at the bottom of my application. My application was correct apart from that mistake. the Application above was even missing the secret code . yet did not result in a 7 day ban.

I appreciate i forgot to post the secret code and i am not arguing this, but its not fair to treat one user differently from the other. Just look and compare both applications and and tell me that's fair.

this is an undeniable flaw in the army recruitment process that needs to be approached. This situation is quite unfair.

There wasn't a need of making a topic in regards to this matter. I'm not going to compose an entire long passage, but rather I recommend you PM ShaYaN with respect to this issue. On a genuine note I'm pretty they wouldn't treat any other individual distinctively, we're all the same so don't feel ignored.

I'm not sure about how things are being run nowadays, but usually there would be an announcement topic explaining about the secret word case (it gets you instantly denied if it's missing from your application)

Now don't get me wrong, being a General is a lot of 'paper work' and you can't really over analyse only one of the applications,if you catch my drift..

Hey, if he failed to make a proper application in these 24 hours, hel'll be denied for 1 week too.

No one is special there, if you want to know why you're failing; just read the Army rules and carefully.

Its because you did use the good template but didn't properly check the rules.

This applicant may new to the server and we are here to help him how-to-make a proper application.

If he forgets his secret word like you did he'll get the exact same results as you.

He did forget the secret word. And no it did not end in the same result as me.

It is unjustifiable why this application was treated differently to mine.

But he forgot the secret word. Its irrelevant if he made a correct or incorrect template or not . He forgot the secret word. This should of simply resulted in the app being denied. I want to know why this did not happen but my app was denied.

If someone doesn't even know how to create an application (I mean that he didn't even read the How To Apply topic, and did not use the template), he gets 1 day to read the topic and create a proper application.

If he knows how to create it and used the template, but did not write the secret, he gets denied for 7 days.

Once again, no one is special there, this is how they're supposed to treat applicants.

But surely this is worse than forgetting to post the secret code?.

Not reading how to apply correctly, logically tells me he probably didn't even read the army rules either. Why would he if he did not even bother to read the rules on how to apply? Not knowing how to apply correctly shows no thought or care.

This clearly does not make sense and i think this issue needs to be addressed.

That's all from me now on this topic .
