PROMOTIONS & INFORMATION

• From rank Recruit [RCT] to rank Sergent [SGT] needs normal activity and skills, good attitude, and decent activity on forums. Promotion to higher rank are based on skills, experience and activity as overall.
• Recruit [RCT] rank and ending with Corporal [CPL] rank can receive extra promotion (SMOTM). Member who were selected SMOTM but has a rank higher than Corporal [CPL] receives only special designation in SWAT member list.
• Ranks starting from Staff Sergeant [SSG] requires great set of skills and have the ability to present SWAT in good form to be able to get promoted. In more details, SSG and the higher ranks promotion system differentiate from the normal ranks system, to be promoted to one of these ranks, the officer should understand that he is presenting the whole faction like Warrant and Staff officers do, as you are in leadership among other officers. If you didn't receive promotion that mean you are not ready yet to perform the required. SWAT staff makes monthly performance appraisal for every officer to ensure the quality of the promotion process.
