Suggestion: Updating the recently announced promotions system for (SGT) ranks or higher.
Explanation: Well, I totally agree that this will guarantee having professional high ranked members in the team, on the other hand, the required conditions for getting one promotion are somehow impossible, at least, the required test results need to be reduced, besides, 2 months for re-applying is a really long period of time, I'm not saying that I want it removed but make things more easier for us or it would be better if this system became a secondry way to earn a promotion, everything remains as it is (promotions are given when they are deserved) but if an applicant applied, got the required results, he gets a promotion.
Reason: Would be better I suppose.

No, I'm sure I can't get these results, probably lack of professionalism, all of the SGTs are skilled and can handle taking the suspect into custody with absolute professionalism but when it comes to testing our skills, failure is expected and could be dud to many different reasons, for example I get nervous whenever getting a test but though, you know my skills and that I'm capable of handling the duty as needed, maybe another SGT has been inactive which resulted in a rusty test and so on.

Do we loose anything if we fail? I'd like to apply, but I'm only 4 months in SWAT while 6 is required. If I were you, I'd apply immediately just to see how does it look like and what kind of skills I actually need to improve to be ready for the next application in 2 months.

I won't bother trying unless this suggestion has been denied, I won't stand repeating my misery again, first time was when I wanted to join SWAT and the result was a 10 times denial, as I said not due to lack of skills but the problem is I get nervous during tests and even if it is due to lack of skills, I don't have much time to improve or train, however in the end, I'll get nervous again and again.

Already did, best thing to do in my opinion is adding this system as a secondry method to get a promotion ..

Amm, adding this one as a secondry way to earn a promotion and the main system (monthly promotions) remain as they are.
