Suggestion: Promotions should be hard to gain.
Explanation: Well, Promotions should be kinda very hard to gain in my opinion, specially after PFC rank. Everyone is getting promoted easily, even he's inactive in skin (Actually he comes in skin when high rank are online i won't mention any name here but, I have seen few members doing this thing)
Reason: Would be better and it will make S.W.A.T more active.

Yeah, I've noticed it too... However, Commander can see everything because there already exist some promotion system and it's fair more-less. I doubt it should be changed.

It shouldn't be changed in my opinion,
There is a promotion system allready which is not only based on activity but on skills as well.

Uhh, like CresP is 24/7 on server and I always get in skin when he comes on server, right? For each month I got promoted, I really deserved it because of my server activity & SWAT skin activity. Maybe I wasn't so active on server in October, but I probably got promoted because of high activity on forum and some works on it for something you can't see and you'll never be it.

Next promotions should be fair. In case they were not, you may re-open the suggestion.
