Not quite sure, but I suppose you can complete challanges when you are probationary officer

You can't match Field Training and challenges. You can make any challenge whenever you want, but only once. Take screenshot and send it to SWAT account via Forum PM. After Commander will get on SWAT forum account, and check are those challenges you've sent valid, he will add you to the challenges list. About your training, you just got trained first phase, two of them left. Meet some of Field Training Officers in-game and get trained as soon as possible. Otherwise, you won't be able to get promoted.

But i sended a msg to swat forum aswell tell cresp that check it but after checking also my name didnt added in the challenges which i compleyed ?

Are you sure that challenges you've sent to SWAT account were valid? If yes, if you mean they were valid, you can simply PM CresP and tell him to re-check it.

I did it and he didnt even reply

The rank doesn't matter even retired S.W.A.T members are still on the list.
