Honest question.

Hey,

Me and a S.W.A.T tester got in a discussion today and I'd like to know what you think about it.
I'd like to request the commanders to keep this open so we can hear opinions.

This is what happend:
I started my S.W.A.T Test with the rules obviously and I got this question:

'' Are you allowed to have 2 accounts with S.W.A.T Rights ''

I answered: '' No ''

When the test ended he told me I had 1 and a half fault. I asked him what the faults were and he answered:

'' You're allowed to have 2 accounts with S.W.A.T rights if you have permission from the commander''

I myself think that this is redicioules and started a discussion with him that ended in me asking for a denial.

I think that he should've told me that he had permission from the commander, yet he did not & I told him it was his fault for not properly informing me that he had permission to own 2 accounts with rights. I received as answer that I should've asked if the question was unclear.

My question to you guys is: What do you think? Should I, the applicant, have asked it or should the tester have informed me better.

// Discuss.

In my opinion, the question was direct, if he clarified the question by saying that "if the commander gave permission", then the question will be easy and testing your knowledge of the rules will then be useless.

Actually, the tester asked you, "Can you be in SWAT with 2 different accounts". Once you replied "no", you denied every possible situation of being in SWAT with 2 accounts.

In my opinion, he (the tester) should inform you because he just asked about "Faction in 2 account's" rule which is not allowed on server. You're absolutely right.

I never had this question in my test.

Its actually a trick question. I would not fault the tester because the rule say if you have a brother or sister who uses the same IP you have to inform the commanders before applying so pay attention when answering.

Server rule forbids being with 2 accounts in 2 factions. Server rule does not forbid being with 2 accounts in 1 faction.
=> Also, as far as I know, there's no such thing as a server rule which forbids you being Army and SWAT at once. It's an agreement within Commanders and S.A. Generals.

Just read the FAQ and rules carefully and everything will be fine.

I'd like to add that no person would expect this to be a trick question and would assume that it would be without commanders permission.

Trick questions are allowed and does not require commanders permission as far as I'm aware.
