Rules:
- If you're the reported player then you're allowed to reply with your defense.
- You may not post anything for the reported player, if you're not the reporter/reported player.
- Creating a report in wrong section or wrong area of the report section will not be tolerated.
- Only Leader and Commander may deal with the reports.
