Tell your stupid ass members who only join for the vehicles like monster trucks and whatever you guys have to stop stalking and driving over SWAT vehicles for no reason (especially when they are civilians) and ruining our fun.

hes talking about MaRlBoRo boy, he went on our swat car with a monster and started ramming it till it exploded.

There is no rules if you are wanted you can 'stalk' the cops/army/swat.But if you meant not using the group skin and using the vehicules then yes it's not allowed.

If you don't provide any kind of proof and you don't mention the reported player then we won't be taking action against it.
Most importantly use the proper format for it. If the format is not used then we won't be taking any action.
