Injust BAN

Hello,
I'm writting because, i got banned 2 days ago, I was just playing, my neighboor came in to connect to my wifi, but he used other IP adress, and when I was playing sudently I got banned, I dont know why and for how long, could you check why I'm banned , and could unban me? I think this is a miss understanding, because I respect this server , I never use cheats, just playing for fun.
