Extra Comments: Roleplay went excellent. He knew all the basics and the MG and PG explanations. Rules needs to be re-read. He only got 2 questions correct. Driving did not go well. I had to wait for him several times for long periods of time + he wasn't taking my routes. Since he didn't pass the minimum of 8/15,this application will get auto-denied.
