Reason: Hello Army Members!! I am Wayne_Rooney, today i am just applying for ARMY, one of the best LSRCR faction. Army is not just a faction buts its just a team of unity and i wanted to be a part of this unity team so that i can help the other Army members doing thier work and cleaning the streets of San andreas from crimes and criminals. At last I would only say to all Army members that you may not know me but I am trained and will be more trained once I get accepted in Army. Thank you.

Thank you for choosing to apply for the LS-RCR Army!

Before the Generals decide whether to accept or deny you, you must pass a test about your in-game skills (shooting, driving, flying, command usage and your knowledge about the army rules). Your overall score must be above or equal to 3 or else you will be automatically denied.

You can be tested by one of the following Training Officers [TO]:

[Lsrcr]Fantastic
[Lsrcr]Spinel

You can also request to be tested by one of the Assistant Head Training Officers [AHTO]:

In cases where you believe a Head Training Officer [HTO] is required or if you have a complaint against a TO/AHTO you can contact:

S.A. Army test results

Knowledge of Army rules [5/5]
-He answered all questions correctly

Driving [3,5/5]
-His task was to follow me with infernus

Flying [3.8/5]
-Maverick and dodo routes

Speed of commands [3,5/5]
-his task was to /taze, /cuff, /search, /uncuff me. -Best attempt 7sec

Shooting [2,7/5]
-His task was to pop my tires using m4 and duel me using sawnoff-s.

Overall [3,69]

Notes:
Driving: I had to wait for him couple of times, he didn't make much damage to his car tho.
Flying: Dodo was fine, didn't make much damage and kept fine distance from me, maverick was a bit slower and a bit more damage.
Shooting: He popped 2 of my tires and i won duel with only 30% of armor taken down.

You're a great guy, but army needs player with driving/shooting skills at their best. Your test isn't impressive.

Hello Wayne_Rooney, for me, your atitude really sucks, you are unskilled and when you luckly kill me sometimes, you get excited and pm me saying "Army is not for you, leave Army", you are annoying, childish and wicked.

You are unskilled, but you can improve it, keep training hard and I believe that someday you will reach the Army level, but what discourages me is that your atitude probably will never change, for God's sake, be more mature boy...

Considering your test and overall attitude, my vote for you is negative.

My decision is based on the following:

- Bad test
- Inactive in LEO skin
- Average attitude towards the community
- Uncommunicative
- Active overall

Additional note: You are active in the server, I don't deny that, but there is still something that makes me give you a negative. It's not only the test, but we don't know much about you. You never talk in the main chat and not to mention you sometimes steal kills from Army. I sure hope you are going to change that and prove to us that you really deserve to be a member of the Army.

In case I'm being straightforward your outcomes doesn't inspire me, especially on shooting. The principle key here on the armed force is mainly based on shooting, tragically you haven't got the standard abilities so along these lines I'm staying with a negative vote. Aside from your outcomes, general your state of mind is good (haven't had an issue). Your activity is genuinely good so keep a high raise.

Improve your shooting then re-apply when you feel you're prepared, at this stage you aren't prepared in my opinion.
